This Blog is About...?
Hey guys,
School is just about wrapping up, and it's been a fantastic year crammed full of learning and improving,
but I feel like one of the most important techniques of painting that I haven't quite gotten down is color/value grouping.
I figure the best way to change this is by speed painting!
Especially shots from movies, with their nice scene setups and lighting so we don't have to worry about composition or, god forbid, taking reference photos.
Hopefully, this project will allow us to consciously expose ourselves to some nice cinematography :)
...or not.
Can't wait to start!
